How Does Pizzeria Signs.com work?
Making signs with Pizzeria Signs.com Software is quick and easy! Start your project by selecting the type and size of banner, sign or decal you want. Layout your project using Pizzeria Signs.com easy-to-use, free software which includes text and clipart. You may also add your own pictures and logos to your project. Once you are satisfied with your design, select the 'add to cart' button, and check-out. Your banner, sign or decal will be printed and will usually arrive within 1 week. There are no expensive design fees or extra setup charges and best of all the do-it-yourself design savings are passed on to you!


I forgot my password! How can I access my account?
On the Login screen simply click on 'Forgot password?' to have your password email to you.


How will my signs or decals be shipped? Can I get a tracking number?
At this time we only offer online shipping through USPS priority mail. If you need expidated shipping or would like to ship via another carrier please contact us and we will be glad to arrange it.


How do I access my previously saved design so that I can edit it or buy a duplicate?
To access a previously saved design in The Software click on the 'file' menu and select 'load'. Enter your email address and password. Select the design that you would like to load from the list and click on the 'load design' button. When you are done editing your sign you can save it again. The Software will automatically create a new saved file to prevent your old design from being over written.


How do I change the information in my profile?
In the final stage of checkout you can click on 'edit profile' to change your address, email, password etc.


Do I own the copyright to the signs that I design?
Yes! Pizzeria Signs.com will not reuse, sell or display your design without your direct permission. Additionally, you retain the copyright to any of your own images that you upload. We do store these images in your account so that you can access your designs at a later date but they are only accessible to you. Keep in mind though that due to technical limitations we are not at this time able to send you a digital version of your saved design to keep. Your files must reside on our servers in order to function. You can, however, always save your design to your Pizzeria Signs.com account so that you can access it later.


How do I save my design so that I can access it later?
When you purchase a sign the design for that sign is automatically saved to your BlueSky account so that you can access it later. To save a design before buying it simply click on the 'Save' button at the top of the software. You will be asked to choose a name for your design so that you can identify it later. After naming your design and clicking 'Save' in the 'Save Design' box you will be asked to sign in to your account. If you do not have an account with BlueSky simply fill in your address and information and click 'Create Account'. Your design is only saved once you are logged in or have made a new account.


What types of images can I add to my sign? What size and format is best?
All of the following file formats can be uploaded to the software: .GIF, .JPG, .JPEG, and .PNG. Images must be smaller than 3000 pixels in both width and height. Pictures from digital cameras with a resolution greater than three mega pixels should be fine for almost any sign. If you are not sure if your image is the right size or in the right format please feel free to contact us so that we can help.
